The Garbage Bins at the rear of the complex are for use by residents only

A few simple rules will keep our complex looking neat and tidy:- Place all refuse into the bins. If it doesn't fit, the waste removal company will not pick it up. They do not get out of the truck to place even a small bag or loose trash into the bin.
- If you have a large item to dispose of ie: couch, mattress, appliance, you need to call in an independent contractor to haul the item away at your own expense. If it is placed by the bin, the corporation will have to pay to dispose of the item and this comes from our condo fees.
- If you see anyone, resident or not, placing large items by the bins, get some identification as in license number of vehicle or ask what unit they live in and we will either prosecute them or charge them for the removal of the item if a resident.
- If you are depositing refuse in the bin and loose trash is on the ground in the vicinity of the bins, please pick it up and put it inside the bin.
- Keep the lid closed on the bin.
