The Corporation wish to remind owners and their tenants that oil leaking from older/worn vehicles onto the asphalt surface of the parking lots causes both short and long term damage to the parking area. If your vehicle has this sort of problem, we ask that you get maintenance done on it ASAP to stop the leak. We do not want to expend condo fee money to fix your individual problem.
